On March 19, 2021, 100per100 Italian Talks, the international conference system for talking about Made in Italy on foreign markets, will start again. The first appointment of 2021 will be dedicated to Japan and how the pandemic has changed and is changing the dynamics of Made in Italy exports to the Land of the Rising Sun.
Given the global situation, this first Talks appointment will be held in a digital version. Already in 2020, in fact, the project, promoted by I Love Italian Food Cultural Association, was held online, with two appointments, one dedicated to catering and one to the future of Made in Italy.
At the conference on the 19th of March, six special guests will bring their points of view and visions on the topic of the Talk: Made in Italy exports in post-covid Japan.
Moderated by Stefania Viti (journalist and nipponist), the speakers at this Japanese edition will be: Pio D’Emilia (journalist, yamatologist and Sky TG24 correspondent for Asia), Erika Di Giovancarlo (ICE Tokyo Office Director), Shigeru Hayashi (first Japanese sommelier in Italy and founder of Solo Italia), Tiziana Alamprese (Marketing Director FCA Japan), Salvatore Cuomo (entrepreneur, restaurateur and celebrity TV chef in Japan), Miciyo Yamada (journalist and olive oil taster recognized by Mipaaf).
In addition to the speeches of the six speakers who will bring their personal point of view on the export issue, some guests related to Made in Italy and its promotion in Japan will also give their contribution during the conference.
Among them: Davide Fantoni (Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan), Sivan Nakamura (CEO SivanS Group), Antonio Fucito (founder of Garage Pizza), Ambassador Umberto Vattani (President of the Italy Japan Foundation) and representatives of some of the main protection consortiums supporting the project.
The Talks will be broadcast both in Japanese and Italian language and can be followed in live streaming on the channels of Italianity and Garage Pizza and pre-recorded on the digital channels of I Love Italian Food and italiani.it.
The 100per100 Italian Talks are a cycle of conferences conceived by I Love Italian Food and dedicated to Italian food and wine, to enhance the Made in Italy and support the fight against Italian Sounding.
